• Residency application.
• Credit applications for each person over 18.
• Dog agreement, if no dog, state so and sign.
• Papers to show breed, weight, neutering and rabies.
• Photo of dog and/or cat (can text a photo)
• A copy of last year’s W-2 to verify wages.
• A copy of the last 4 pay stubs with your name and employer.
• If self-employed, a copy of the last 2 years Schedule C.
• If retired, a copy of your social security benefit letter.
• If receiving disability, a copy of your benefit letter.
• If receiving SSI, a copy of your benefit letter.
• If buying a seasonal home: signed Seasonal home agreement.

 
Please bring your driver’s license or state issued ID for us to make a copy for our records.
 
Credit and criminal reports will be obtained through TransUnion Smart Move. You will receive an email from them asking for permission to share your reports. At that time, you will pay TransUnion for the reports.
 
The application will not be processed until all of the above information is received.
