Welcome to our "seasonal homes for sale" page. These homes make
a great weekend or vacation getaway for the entire family. The following is a list of what's for sale in the Seasonal
Park at this time.
The seasonal rent includes water, septic, trash removal, and
full use of the Park Facilities, as well as spring and fall site cleanup. Electric, telephone, cable tv, and Alton real estate
taxes (on the home) are additional. Why not come up and look -- you might just find that we are a place you want
to escape to -- your "home" away from home.
Our "season" is May 1 thru October 12, but you leave your home in the winter at no charge. Winter
weekends are available for an small additional fee.
Prices do not include the 2008 seasonal rent of $2,530, which
will be pro-rated at the time of the sale.
