Home you can use year round, check out this page. The rent in the year round park for 2011 is $385.00 per month, which includes
water, septic, trash removal, lawn care, and road plowing. Cable tv, electric, telephone, internet service, driveway plowing
and Alton real estate taxes (on the home only) are additional.
