Merrymeeting River Dog Agreement
WE DO NOT HAVE A DOG AT THIS TIME. ___________
I (we) the undersigned, agree to the Merrymeeting River Mobile Home Park Rules, Regulations, and Standards of 2008, with regards to Dogs. I (we) have read them, fully understand them, and agree to abide by them.
I (we) hereby release the Park managers, owners, and their representatives, etc., from all liability and take full responsibility for the Dog and any and all damages, personal or property, which result from the said Dog.
I (we) also state that the Dog is a family pet and shall not or has not been trained to be aggressive and is not, or will not be used as a guard or attack Dog.
I (we) understand that having a Dog in the Park is a privilege and not a right. Therefore, I (we) understand and agree that the management of the Park shall determine when the Dog is unsuitable for the Park, thus causing the removal from the Park. I (we) further agree not to contest a decision for removal.
