Merrymeeting River Seasonal Home Agreement

We, the Buyers of the above home, understand and agree that this home is a seasonal home and will be occupied/used only during the season
of May 1 thru Columbus Day weekend.
We also understand that the rent is paid monthly, all twelve months of each calendar year and may be prepaid ahead of time if desired.
We fully understand that the water to the home will be shut off during the off season and the home cannot be used/occupied.
We also understand and agree that upon transfer to a new owner in the future, it will be sold as a seasonal home with the same stipulations.
