The rent in the Park for 2026 is $551.00 per month.
The 2026 rent for those with seasonal water is $415.00 per month paid year round.
The rent includes water, septic, trash removal, lawn care, spring and fall clean up,
and road plowing, as well as all the other amenities that the Park has to offer.
Cable TV, electric, telephone, internet service, driveway plowing and
Alton real estate taxes (on the home only) are additional.
We also offer roof shoveling services,
and winterizing service if you wish.
